2013 Centennial Workshop

The Los Angeles Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2013.

Collected here are the stories of the engineers who founded the Section, and of those who helped it become the outstanding civil engineering organization that it is today.

To prepare for the events that will be held throughout the year 2013 commemorating the founding and growth of the Section, historical data in the various disciplines comprising the civil engineering profession are being posted here.

If you would like to contribute a paper describing a historic event, or in recognition of a member of the Section, the History & Heritage Committee and the Life Member Forum will post your paper,  or a link to your website, on the page corresponding to your particular area of interest.

You are also invited to submit any suggestions you may have regarding additions, corrections, or modifications to the Centennial website that you would like to see.

A link to your story or website will be placed in the sidebar under your area of interest.
